My yard maintenance crew showed up this morning to prune back all the low hanging tree limbs at the edge of the yard. Makes it a lot easier for me to mow right up to the trees. Hank and I invited them up for a cup of coffee but they had other plans. Looked like they were headed to the lake for a swim to cool off.

Larry,

I saw a young buck last week that reminded me of yours. His antlers went straight up and no width to the main beams. I figure it is a new survival trait as we have a trophy management hunting area about 8 miles away. Bucks have to have a 14" spread (Antlers outside the ears) to be legal. If the antlers grow straight up they will never be legal to shoot. ffcheesy ffcheesy
