We had quite the wind storm last weekend and here are some shots of the miraculus outcome of potential devastation in my back yard.

Quite a storm. Lots of work too.

Keep working on those pics to get the size up so they can be seen. Try re-sizing first (largest side 400 pixels) then save at low compression to get file to under 30kb.  They'll be much easier to visualize then. Don't get discouraged  :)

well I have been choking that willow down the wood furnace but it doesnt like it :D it also smells like .............  :o and doesnt give much heat now that winter is finally here.  Most amazing it missed the stove the sawmill and the new garage addition.  My tractor and new dump were parked there up till an hour before when I decided it was just a little too windy and moved them up into the driveway.

As far as the pictures these are the first two I have posted since the computor upgrade and the new XP platform.  Very easy to use compared to the 98 as far as picture handling.  However I havent yet found a way to optimize them like my old Irfanview program.  If you look at my other picture posts you will see they look pretty good.

Well am glad to see your boiler was spared .  Had 2 bad storms here 04 and 05 and pretty much cleaned off the weak stuff . Be cleaning up for many years here. I like those bandmills  ;D

yep I been working for almost a hole year cleaning up storm damage from last years ice & wind storms.  :( I got hit by 3 bad ones in sucession  >:(  I posted a few pics now showing some of the woods I have and some of the downed types of trees. 

mark M also just changed and added a pic of ME up in the woods for my profile ;)
I'm looking for help all the shrinks have given up on me :o
