Fall colors and the lack there of.

Some pics from Saturday. Got our new camera. The old Polaroid PDC 640 went south and a new Dimage Z10 has arrived 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) Nice camera. Thanks for the recommendation Dang

Trees along the edges were orange this year but very few were red.

I took these in the woods. Mostly yellow and green. A lot of them fell during the night. Some rain and a bit of wind and they'll be gone.

The colors were pretty in WV this weekend.

I was out driving in the country a bit today, and kept seeing these farms and barns with stands of beautiful hardwood in the background, so I thought I'd take a picture of one of 'em.

Later, I stopped and bought some apple cider--ya gotta love fall!

Were gstting some color but the leaves are fallig almost as soon as they change.

The brilliant reds did not appear this season but right now all the poplar and maples are bright yellow. Against the wonderfully blue sky we had yesterday it was awesome.
