Wierd customer requests

I market myself as a specialty product manufacturer. We cut all shapes and sizes of material. But this one is pretty interesting. But not impossible. 500 pcs 1/4" shims 6' long. and 6" wide! I cut a few over the weekend, but am waiting on the purchase order before cutting anymore. Anyone ever seen a 1/4" piece of sweetgum after it set in the sun all day? I don't try to tell my customers their business, so all I can say is "use them quickly"!! Just wanted to share that with y'all.

Yea, Ihear that, I cut some Sweet Gum recently, the leftover stickers sittin in a pile looked like an order of curley fries!

The stacked and stickered stuff seems to have done fine.

Customer called a little while ago and added a bunch more bigger sizes, but removed the 1/4" pieces. Still haven't seen a P.O though, so I'm settin in the office till it gets here!!  8)
