Let's say I am replying to a post.

I want to quote from an early reply that is no longer on the first page below the blue reply box.  How do I pull up the remaining posts to retreave the quote?

Thanks, Chris

Go to the post you want to reply to (before you click reply) and select the quote button.

Or just put the quote lingo (code) and brackets before and after what you have typed that you want to show as a quote in blue. You will see them when doing a regular quote, in your raw message. Test it by Preview
i.e note the code used in messages to fine tune whatever you have.

Beenthere,  It takes me forever to type.  The fewer strokes I can use - all the better. :-[

you can do what Beenthere suggested by 1. pasting the words into your post. 2. highlight the words you want to be in quotes. 3. click on the quote icon.

The icon you choose will effect the words you have highlighted.  It works in quote, sup or sub, bold, italics, underline, strike through, change color and most all of the rest.
