I have a Stihl 017 ( MS170) and been using it for about 7 years.  I think the oil flow is a little low.  Do any of you guys know if there is an adjustment on the 017?  I can't find any info on their web site.

@#$%^&* just my luck.  Guess I better make sure the oil port is clear and keep it that way.  But, I do like the way it cuts.

It wouldn't hurt to flush out the tank in case the screen is getting gummed up.

Hadn't thought about that.  Will try to do it this week end - THANKS.

Bruce , a lighter weight oil or thinned oil would most likely flow better.
It is also crucial for the oil tank vent to be clean and functioning properly.
