I picked up a Rockwell stroke sander, a 10 footer, model LL 3000T - I've been all over google trying to find a picture of one, a place to get a manual, or any info. at all - So far, I've struck out - Anyone know an adress [web or other] for Rockwell machines?  It seems this company bought that one, then merged with this one, on & on -  Any help appreciated -

I would try "Delta" or "Portercable". Hope that helps!

This is the only place I could find anything... Maybe they would send you a pic / copy of the manual??   OR - is this where you bought it??!!!

Danny, wheres "this"?  FF?    I found a pic. of one tonight on ebay, ad says it's made in Italy, looks exactly like the one I have. Rockwell/Delta/whatever must have sold the patent to the Italians?   I've sent the seller a ? about the mfg, it has to have a name besides Italian stroke sander  :D

Most likely Rockwell bought the unit and put their name on it. Fairly common in the 1980's. Rockwell delta imported from Italy and South America for their products.

Kevin, I found them too - And, a week from today, they're having a "get together" a mile from my house!  The Ct. Antique Machinery Assoc.   has their  place at the Sloane Stanley Mueseum here in Kent, the Old Woodworking Machines people have set up a talk, trade, whatever for Sat. the 12th.  Anyone near by thats interested?
