STEELE'S PORTABLE SAWMILL???

Hello everyone.  There is a posting on an antique engine board I frequent (smokstak) about a "STEELE'S PORTABLE SAWMILL MFG'D BY MORAVIA FOUNDRY & MACHINE CO. MORAVIA, NY".  This is cast into each headblock.  The guy that has found this one has some pictures posted and is trying to find out anything about it.  It appears to have an iron husk frame on which is cast "CARLEY WATER WHEEL COMPANY CORTLAND,NY".   If anyone has any info or has ever heard of either of these companies, please let me know or drop by smokstak.com and check out his pictures.  Thanks,
