Cute little bugger. In Costa Rica they have lots of little frogs about that size, but really pretty, and REALLY poisonous. I hear a cure for warts is to rub one on the wart - I think I'll pass.
So, how did I end up here anyway?

Furby

Just found a couple of those myself.

CHARLIE

Looks like a tree frog.  I've seen some tiny ones in Florida. They have big croaks though.

The yard is full of little frogs that size now.  They make good feed for the pigmy rattlers, Blue Racers and other creatures.  There seems to be a rising population of all that stuff lately now that the rains have started.

Kool, we call them little things"Peepers".
My youngest daughter use to yell out her window at night, shutup, she said she couldnt sleep with all the noise they made.  ::)

Tom;
Judging by that canoe picture you're looking too high up in the trees.
Peepers don't have wings, just sticky little feet.   :D

I'm guessing here Jeff, but it strongly resembles the common wood frog. Yours is a young one, I'de guess, after tadpole stage.

Is it the newly discovered black-capped dwarf marmoset, found near Rio Aripuana in the Brazilian Rain Forest in 1997? Other species have been discovered in Brazil since. Its the second smallest monkey. It weighs 160 g/5.6 oz with a body length of 15 cm/6 in (excluding tail)  ;D

The pygmy marmoset monkey is the worlds smallest. Is it a baby pygmy marmoset? ;)
