There is no need to say 'unleaded regular gas'. It's all unleaded. Just say 'regular gas'. It's not the 70s anymore. (At least that's what my wife tells me.)

They may have missed the abbreviation for Maple with their MLP, but prolly is what it is.

405 bd ft of 5/4, 4 - 10" widths, and 8 - 10' long.

Looks to be skipped dressed, but grade not marked (and I don't see any knots, but do see dust  :))

On the IRS website, it is sandwiched between piles of soft maple. There is a million board feet in that sale. 2481 total lots. One thing you want to be careful of on IRS auctions is that many to most of them are forced liquidations, bankruptcy auctions, etc. You are at the mercy of the riggers they hire. I bought a bunch of lumber carts at a forced auction. They had the guy that lost his business doing the rigging. Needless to say, he viewed it as an opportunity to make some fast money. And you have no recourse.

I know what you mean the last things I got on one of there auctions cost me more to load and ship then I paid for it, still added up to 10ยข on the $

I shop irs auctions all the time.
I've paid a rigger $100 to unwire and fork lift a drill press on to our trailer.  I told him I used to be a Parachute Rigger in the Army but he wasn't impressed.
You can't load your own items unless you purchase insurance.
I bought a weinig U17 5 head moulder, Parks brand Veneer saw 10' stroke, dbl spindle shaper, dust collectors, just bunches of goodies through them.
I saw another good looking  weinig U17 5 head moulder go for $3500ish.  and with a basic complement of heads (a new 7" head is about $800 ) and she got 3 + the vertical spindles will take a 5" (I think).

It will be interesting to see how much the lumber goes for.
You can also look at past irs auctions and see what prices have been

Take a good look at lots 33 and 35. Look at the board foot tally. Something doesn't quite look right there.
