I use the one that came with my LT28 all the time . Today I made one up for 2/4 I have a guy that wants about 500ft of 1/2x10 boards to panel the inside of a cabin. Hey what ever thet want :D. Does anyone else make there own and if so what sizes are common. I know I am talking @$%^&$#@ for you guys with a setworks ::)

Slabs

I've made a couple of special rules for a LT40.  Used aluminum yardsticks from Lowes and made my own scales on the back with fine point felt-tips.  Put Krylon clear on the scale for protection.  I've made  one from wood sawed thin enough to fit into the scale holder.  The yardsticks didn't exactly "fit" the scale mount but a notch where the securing screw is for the removable scale took care of the problem.(yardstick is a bit wider than the miser scale but will slide in except for the placement of the holding screw, thus the notch)

Lotsa different dimensions are likely to be required and there's no reason that they couldn't be accomodated.
