13 horse Honda parts???

Hi,

I have a Turner mill with the same 13 horse Honda GX 390 engine that seems to be prolific on most smaller bandmills.  

I need a govener spring, air filter and perhaps some other parts and my local place went out last year.

I can surf the net, but anyone have any suggestionsd as to who to buy from?
