I have done some searching on the 'forum about saw filers, and read through the thread that Jeff put up about his and Chet's visit to Menominee Saw.  An old saw filer friend of mine passed away a few years back, his sawshop sits full of machines, and was looking to find information on current day suppliers of saw filing equipment, i.e. grinders, rethoothers, setters, hand tools ect.  Anyone got any ideas?  I found some info from the crosscut saw co., who sells hand tools for saw doctoring.  Does anyone make or sell any circle saw anvils, or other such tools?  After a search online, I am discovering that this is a hard thing to source.  I did speak with John@ Menominee Saw, (I told him I read up about them on the Forum Jeff), He said that if a guy knows what he's looking for to drop him a line and he would source it and sell it to me.  Nice people there at Menominee Saw!
