Anyone using them?  I found a source for Lenox Woodmaster C blades 1.25" x .042 7/8" tooth spacing.  The price is right but I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience.

Thanks

I have used them before. Decent blade. No problems.

I have used them with fair results BUT, I ordered 5 last year and on the last one I used, the teeth were only set on one side and the blade rose in the log real bad. I don't know how this happened, but I couldn't  use it until I reset the teeth. Other than that, I've had no problems.

I used them for years on my Baker 3638 and found them to be very good bands.  The Lenox bands are stouter than other bands and I've been told it is because of being made by metric rule.  Whatever the reason, they are stiffer and work better on saws with larger band wheels and wider throats.   I tried to use the Woodmaster C on my LT40 and went back to the Simonds Red Streak.

It's definitely worth the try

Theb Lenox 1-1/4 are almost 1-3/8 wide when new, I don't know if the guide wheels are wide enough as I could cut straighter with Simonds. Nice stiff blades otherwise.   Steve
