I thought about getting a bandsawmill but there has been a lot of criticism from other sawyers about the bandsaw blades getting dull quick, and a lot of maintenance on them.  I see that Lennox offers a carbide-tipped bandsaw blade, but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them, and how many board feet can you get out of one carbide-tipped blade, how quick are they, costs etc.

Luke,

The narrow Carbide blades for the small band mills with band wheels in the size range of 19 to 24 inches will not have long enough life because of flexing. At $200 or more, you have to saw some very expensive logs to come out.
