My most recent Birdhouse

This was a Christmas present to my Brother and his Wife. It is built from Maple, Walnut and a little Pine.

The birds enter through the hay loft where they build their nest.

It's a country barn with tractor, water tank, and other details.

Nice, looks real. Be ideal for the house wrens we have around here. they nest in anything including the exhaust stack of my dozer.

It won't matter Jeff. The engine block froze and cracked last night. It wouldn't even turn over this morning!

That is the most elaborate bird house that I have ever seen. You have some up-scale birds, for sure!

I can build one in about 5-6 days, if I want it to be right. I used to sell them on line and made good $ until the economy went south. I sold 1 every ten days for about 4 years. Then....BAM....people stopped buying! The economy killed that milk cow! :D

Those are the most amazing birdhouses I've ever seen. Unbelievable attention to detail! I would never be able to use them for what they were intended.
