That's awesome!
Highland sure is pretty (and pretty remote :D)

Looks like Williamsville is in the George Washington national forest?
Very close to the GWNF. There's a road 1/2 mile from the end of our driveway that goes 19 miles up the mountains, with National Forrest on both sides! I'm cutting 3 BIG blowdown oaks up there right now.
We bought 38 acres and are building a log cabin. I chose Highland for the remoteness, lack of people (1.1 per square mile), and quietness. We need to meet up some weekend and catch some lunch at Lee High.

Good call. I have a LT15 because that is all I could afford at the time. It's a great mill, does everything I ask with a 15 horse. But.....I want HYDRAULICS. So, once I get my house finished and money quits flying out the window, I will upgrade.

I think the sweet spot int he WM line up is the LT35HD. For under $20K you get a complete Hyd mill...brand spanking new. Anyway, it's something to mull over.

I'll have to take a closer look at the 35....I sorta tend to view tools as "get started" size and then "get serious" size and ignore the middle  :D

The bobcat is a 743 with a Kubota diesel. Runs smooth as could be. Came with a toothed bucket and forks.
It's rated at #1300 lift but the tipping weight is something like #2600? I figure in a pinch it'll move a ton.....Might not lift it up real high but move it :D

A 873 would be nice 8)
