Saturday of sawing !

I had another chance to go watch some sawing being done yesterday afternoon  at the farm museum .  The museum has a 0 Frick mill powered with a 371 Detroit diesel. We got their just in time to see a little start up smoke puff up out of the roof of the mill shed. ..  I truly enjoyed watching the activity and the smell of pine and diesel. The farm museum is located in Burgess Va .  I think it is actualy called (The Northern Neck Farm Museum).

Wonder why I keep taking on more projects ? Sick I guess..   I got that old 1947 Ford truck from the museum to restore.Im thinking it would come in handy to have around since it has a dump body on it.

I didn't know of that museum , I come that way often but take a left at the light in Callao and go to the tractor pull there . is the museum open on a schedule ?
