E-classic 2300 door warp?

I havent had any problems with my door seal or my door warping but i thought I read some did. How many of you eclassic owners had this problem?

Most door warping that's been reported here involves the reaction chamber door lining, which is something you just don't do anything about.  CB upgraded the inner surface component of the firebox door opening a year or two ago.  They sent me mine free.

My main door went and they did send me an upgraded replacement (but the install was not covered).  The was a design issue in the original.  I have not heard that any of the upgraded doors had issues.

I seem to have bad luck with my main  door seals as I've replaced two in three years of burning. Once in a while when I've got the door open  and loading,  the  flames lick out the top of the firebox and burn the door gasket.
Well worth replacing to keep good firebox pressure. Guess I've come to consider door gaskets to be annual maintenance.

After 3 years the door warped,new upgrade sent for free from cb.Glad I replaced it,the entire inner door was rusted and rotted out,even some of the main door had rust on it. I found out if you open the door all the way,the flame doesn't get to the seal on door.(usually)
