Good show mate, what size is the electric motor. I assume its single phase. Do you find the motor large enough. I'am a fan of electric, my band mill uses a 15 HP three phase. Always enjoy your vids. Frank C.

The motor is 3-phase 400v, it's standard in household in Europe. Motor is 4000w, it's ok but little more power should be nice

Danny,

   What reverse log roll? He was checking to make sure the log was sound and shaking the sawdust off. :D

Teed,

   Nice video. One suggestions - try using a 12" (30 cm) dry wall knife to scrape that sawdust off and you may want to retire that shop brush to a different roll such as cleaning the mill, not the lumber. If you don't have one yet another "essential" sawmill tool IMHO is a leaf blower to blow the dust out of every nook and cranny. Try one and you will be hooked.
