POSTON WIDEHEAD

I've got a friend. Chuck that helps me at the mill occasionally. His son Charlie came home for Christmas from the Air Force. So Chuck and Charlie head for Louisiana on a Duck hunt.
Short story long.....they smoked us up a bunch of Duck-n-Deer for Christmas.
The Duck has the cheese and Hollarpinia Peppers in it. Ohhhhhhhh.........so good!

Man that looks good. My oldest manchild, Dusty, killed two deer yesterday. The kid shared  a back strap with me. Sure was good. Merry Christmas guys.

I saw that duck recipe on a popular family hunting video this week, and it does look good!  Cooked over a grill while in a duck blind ;D  We are going to try it this week end along with some bison tender tips,
this cold weather in Wisconsin does have a few advantages ;D    david
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

If that's duck breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno's, it is delicious.  ;D

We had the stuffed duck with cheese and peppers, along with bison tips last night, both were absolutly outstanding, it's no wonder why so many people cook duck this way.   david
