We were feeding cows this morning and they are calving .We have had i think over 10 inches of rain this week.Part of the heard was on the other side of the creek.They started across the creek ,which is out of it's banks and rushing . to watch those little young calves cross that deep ,fast water had me a little nervous .Some were probably just over a week old.I wish some of you could have seen it.

Actually I'm glad I didn't, because I'd have been nervous, too!

We don't have any water deep enough or fast enough to get concerned about, but I'm always worried about the mud.
