In an earlier post I mentioned having to harvest dying hemlock. Now in the middle of sawing I had mostly 10° blades, which sawed soft wood great. The hemlock saws fine until I saw through several knots and the blade quickly dulls. I had a couple 7° and tried them which proved more productive. That said, I ordered 15 more from Indy. I'm sure 4° would serve the same purpose, but 10° just doesn't hold up to the hard knots. "That's all I've got to say about that."
Since I retired I really like work: It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.
