Cat-Face Timber

I recently bought some Air Filters for my baby Husky (235) and I replaced the one that was on the saw.
I brought the dirty filter inside and asked the wife what was the best way to wash it.
She said just leave it on the counter by the sink and she would take care of it.

I did, and she washed it out, it took a while to dry but it looks almost new.

As you know the filter is just a piece of what looks like felt, held in by a bracket and a screw.

Dish soap is what they recommend, you have a good lady ;D

When cleaning on the job, i popped it apart, then sprayed starting fluid from the inside out, let it dry a few minutes, just like new.
