I just heard on local news that Whidbey Island had a massive landslide !

I saw that last night, too.

He was on at 1:30 this morning. He did not post about the land slide. That must be a good thing.

I tried to check out the slide but roads are blocked only home and property owners allowed. So I have only seen what the news is reporting. Living on waterfront is risky we get some heavy duty storms sometimes especially the west side. Neighbors are staying with there neighbors until they let them back in there homes. Good people.

One of the videos they showed on the news had a couple people in their backyard or what was left of it.   Beyond that was a cliff maybe 20 feet from their house.  I wouldn't have been the one standing there.
Pretty bad situation they have been dealt.

Any "before" pics been shown of the same view?
Just been wondering if there was a sharp dropoff or cliff there from previous years 'slide', just further out.
