We went for a foliage ride today.
These are what I call swamp mats

These are for the CMP,Central Maine Power, up grade. I saw the mats 3 deep going up Jay Hill, just before Verso,to hold up the equipment.

A far way view of the biomass plant in Stratton,ME. Just about in the middle.

Same view,just closer.

Than we drove about 20 minutes and came to Quill Hill. Said something about a 360° view. A very nice dirt road to the top, about 4½ miles. And a very nice view. This area was logged a while ago,5 years, guess. We got to the top and I really had no idea what I was looking at until I saw the biomass plant from a differant side.

When the picture was downsized,it lost the plant.
