I've dropped some change in the yard,  but our snow doesn't stick around long enough for it to turn into dollars. I guess if our snow lasted longer than a day, then my pennies may grow  a little to. ;D

Two years ago I found a $20 on the lawn of one of our apartment buildings while mowing the lawn for the first time of the year, I noticed it just as the mower went over it (and yes it was set on mulch) I picked up the pieces and stopped at the bank on my way home and exchanged it for a shiny new one.
