Sorry to hear about your dog barbender.  Unfortunately I experienced the same issue years ago.

Lost many, many dogs and cats over the years. Amazing how big heart felt love is. Many, many holes in the heart from those many losses. But there's always room for more of those fine friends. The intensity of those losses lessen with time.  But never the memories. Some dogs, and some cats that weree with us for over 18 years. Yes, they are a part of our family.
