The sensor on the top rear section of the injection pump is leaking between the plastic top and the metal base. Wondering if anyone has seen this deer says they have to order the whole injection pump from perkins which doesn't make any sense to me because the pump works fine just the sensor leaking.
anyone know what the sensor does looks like either fuel pressure sensor or timing to me. Thanks for any help I'll try to get a picture of the pump.

These are pics of the pump and sensor. the sensor is leaking between the red top and metal base could there be an oring or something in there?

Most likely the plastic has shrunk over time.  That was a frequent problem on the Volkswagen Golf/Jetta with the oil pressure sender.
I'd call around to the independent pump shops and see if they can source that part.

Who makes the pump? Most of the Perkins that I have seen had Lucas pumps. Is that a sensor or is that a shutoff solenoid? Clean it up and find the model number and brand of the pump; also if you can take out the sensor there may be a number/manufacture on that as well. I have had good luck putting pump model numbers and names into Google and finding hard to find parts. If the machine starts and stops with a key or a switch and there are no other electrical wires going into the injection pump then that is most likely the fuel cutoff solenoid...it does what a stop cable does on an older diesel engine.

Looks like an ignition advance wax motor to me.  Do the wires go to a sensor in the water jacket?  I had one go bad and the injection shop had them in stock.

I believe that you have a Delphi pump. Do search for "Shut off Solenoid delphi cav lucas" on Ebay. I found several and they are about $30. You need to know if you have a 24 volt or a 12 volt system. It looks like the 24 volt solenoids have the red plastic part and the 12 volts have the blue.

More problems with this machine now hydraulic it's always had a problem with turning on the loader hydraulics it will Rev out but nothing happens and after a while it wI'll start working not a terrible problem just kinda kills production but now its started something new without warning the boom slews to the right and extends and if you don't shut off the switch it slams the cab so it's became a safety hazard. Ais says it's the left hand joystick which made sense to me so I changed it this morning  but I still have same problem the computer says that the left stick is at 1.5v in neutral position right is at 2.5v which is right I'm wondering how to calibrate the left to 2.5v I believe that's were it's supposed to be any help would be appreciated
