My Mother came from the Stratton-Eustis area,so each year I keep the family tradition alive and drive up there. It's about an hour one way.
This is Quill Hill. Someone had this hill logged and let the public drive up and enjoy the view. I think it takes about 10 minutes to drive up to the top at 25 mph.

A scarecrow contest in Phillips

A pumpkin in front of pumpkins. Pumpkin is the wife's dog. We got her in the fall,so we named her pumpkin.

This guy has some rocks!!! I may have as many, but don't have the equipment to do this.

There is a bench kinda in the middle on the left of the steps going up,for size. This area is about 40 feet square, about 15-20 feet deep. It's an Echo Place.
I think the guy that maintains  Quill Hill Has something to do with this too. This at Ira Mountain. It's quite the crooked road.
