Help Identifying Type of Oak tree in Dallas, TX

I would like to know what type of oak tree it is.

LeeB correct on the id, in the red oak group.

You have your pics in your gallery, and to put them in your post just click on the one you want, it will then enlarge and right below the pic you will find the instruction how to paste it in your post.

I believe it to be nutall oak.  Also called texas oak.
