My LT40HD is only 25hp so I know that's part of the problem, but I'm searching for any help I can get. I cut with the Turbo 7s for the first time yesterday..... cutting hemlock they cut like a dream, straight as an arrow. Cutting white pine, I couldn't find a sweet spot where I didn't have chatter. I tried fast, slow, and everything in between, and no luck getting rid of it. I also ran heavy on the lube and that didn't help either. Any ideas???

Thanks for the help

Are you meaning getting a washboard effect on the lumber as if the blade jumps up and down. or something else?

Probably just a blade not quite set right or a slightly bent tooth.
White Pine is pretty easy for me to saw and all I use is 4 degree blades all the time.
The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.

It was emphasized when this blade profile first came out that you could not saw slowly or you would get the washboard.  It had to be pushed hard because the gullet would be carrying a huge load of sawdust.  Doing that job would take more hp.

Yes, I knew that going in, but that doesn't mean I wasn't going to press my luck. lol I cut cherry with them today and they cut just fine. I just need to learn the limitations of the blade, and I'll be fine.
Thanks for your input.
