Pine Cookies

They are from a big damaged pine. The defect was about 50' up and that is the part from which I cut the cookies. They are highly resinous. What do you think of them? They are from a 10' section where a limb fell. My cookie blank holder works so well that I couldn't stop cutting them. ;)

they look pretty good i think,
lt-40 wide ,,bobcat,sterling tandem flatbed log truck,10 ton trailer, stihl 075,041,029,066,and a 2017 f-350,oh and an edger

The drying gods were kind to me 7 or 8 years ago. Then, I made 7 similarly sized pine cookies and set them aside in my barn for 4 years (not a typo) and only 1 had a small crack. They made nice end tables for family and have survived nicely.

It was ants. They had to climb about 50' to get to the jar. It was worth it, though. Cookies have pie resin filling.
