Hi all

Quick question
woodmizer lt40super, what is the nut size on the roller bearings holding the mill head on the rails?

I cant find the spanner I used to use for that job and have the mill 4 hours drive from me currently so thought I better go get a new spanner before I install the new bearing.

A link to a parts manual would do the trick too as I'm sure its in there too (my book is down with the mill)

Thanks in advance
Justin

only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

1-1/8" on mine

Thanks for that, I will go to the store tomorrow before I leave and get one - Since we are metric around here I don't have lots of imperial sized spanners lying about!

Cheers

I'm trying to remember what a spanner is.  :D

I recently encountered this with a piece of equipment built across the Atlantic.  The owners manual kept referring to a "spanner" and I finally realized that they were talking about a "socket".   ;D

In down-under speak, is a spanner a socket or a wrench? ???

I think it's a combo wrench outside the US. In the US it's what Kbeitz shows.

If you are talking about the cam follower bearings the end wrench size is 15/16
Two LT70s, Nyle L200 kiln, 4 head Pinheiro planer, 30" double surface Cantek planer, Lucas dedicated slabber, Slabmizer, and enough rolling stock and chainsaws to keep it all running.
