Cant figure out how to post pictures

Try to post pictures  but it keeps saying error file to large what am I doing wrong

I had that problem at first.  What fixed it for me was creating another new album and then uploading.   For whatever reason that worked for me.  I haven't had the issue since.

Your setting for your pictures maybe too big. I have no idea. Just guessing from other having problems.
Also where are the pictures coming from,lap top?,windows? phone?
