Sharpening chisel tooth chain less than 25 degrees?

 Just wondering if anyone has sharpened chisel tooth chain to less than 25 degrees and how well did it cut? Thanks 8)

DK,
Use the search function, you will find vociferous proponents of each cutter angle paradigm.

My $0.02, find the one that works for you. Possibly different angles for softwoods vs. hardwoods.
Fall 2013 purchased Stihl MS 660 and an Alaskan 36" mill, am happy with the setup, hobbyist not a volume producer, have milled oak, hickory, yellow pine, and power poles.

     Howdy,
   The less the angle is on the tooth, the narrower the kerf is.

Less angle makes a more durable working corner with a round filed chisel chain.
With more side plate angle (hook) a 20° top plate cutter will cut with a 30° normal side plate cutter.
But kickback energy increases  and cutting edge durability decreases.

20° angle cuts faster and smoother when making diagonal cuts like when cutting felling notches and crosscutting dry or frozen wood.

When the cutters are sharpened small close to the witness marks more angle like 35° top plate will cut better preventing binding in the kerf, especially when the bar rails have spread past spec.
