Anyone close by

My wife are in Bryson City North Carolina for vacation and was wondering if anyone lives close by.
So far we are having a great time. First time here but will definitely come back. I have never seen such beauty. We love the mountains and the people are friendly and they keep up around their houses so well. The backroads here make La. highways look like pig trails. They even keep the roadsides and medians mowed and looks like they do it on a regular schedule. We do good to get the interstates cut once a year and when they do mow them they would never pick up the trash first. Just scatter it and forget it. Wow such pride and respect.
