Christmas Eve red oak cut?

I have an oak tree I am removing next to my barn.  I feel I have enough on the tree to break it over away from the barn after I cut the notch out.  This is the last of 4 trees to cut away from the barn.  This one is leaning towards the barn too.  I am going to remove items from my barn and attempt the cut this afternoon.  Wish me luck.

Tree is down went well.  I was a bit nervous on this one because I recently broke a chain pulling over a Maple tree next to a rental house.  The wedges saved me but I never like it wen equipment fails.
