 Blades for a swingmill.
Hi folks.
I'm about to build my mill and would like your thoughts on the blades.
I have a 3phase 15hp motor 2800rpm. 
I'm looking for a blade to cut 10" mostly.
I will be mainly cutting Douglas fir and occasionally European oak.

E-bay has a large selection of blades...
Collector and builder of many things.
Love machine shop work
and Wood work shop work
And now a saw mill work

I wouldn't try to reinvent the wheel.  Get a blade from Lucas, Peterson, or Turbo that has that cut capacity and adapt it to your setup.

Might try Bailey's to start.
