ARE they still in business?I gotta find info on an edger im looking at?

I am not sure if they are still around. I have experience with their compressors, they do alright for what they are but there is better available for little more money. It is all cheap offshore.

 I think thats different ,these were sawmills that were made in south western maine.

I really don't know but it seems H.M.C. is the only sawmill builder left in new England. I would call them or the guy who offers service for forestall and c.m.c., I think that is hilltop equipment also in N.H. I believe Dale Sanborn is the man you would be looking for.

Sanborn is no longer in the sawmill business.That edger looks like quite the dynasore.

Most well used edgers will need The shift saw hub or hubs, a new mandrel and feed rolls or whatever their grip surface is. You have to buy them cheap and have a machine shop at your service. The wear in these areas is easy to see and feel
