Has anyone had experience with financing a used mill? My thinking is after seeing all the people selling small Mills to upgrade I might want to bite the bullet and get a full hydraulic mill as I'm not getting any younger..... I think my back would be happier with a hydraulic mill...

Do you have a relationship with a local credit union or Farm Credit?  It's a piece of equipment with value.  There are equipment lenders out there but they charge rather high rates.

I like your line of thought on the hydraulic mill. I started with a manual mill and added some hydraulic options to it, but eventually upgraded and am glad I did. I'll pm you some information about the company that financed my new mill and used excavator. As mentioned above, the rates aren't the best, but they're not the worst.
