If all you will do with it is the occasional chain touch up, Horrible Fright has the for next to nothing. 
'98 LT40HDD/Lombardini, Case 580L, Cat D4C, JD 3032 tractor, JD 5410 tractor, Husky 346, 372 and 562XP's. Stihl MS180 and MS361, 1998 and 2006 3/4 Ton 5.9 Cummins 4x4's, 1989 Dodge D100 w/ 318, and a 1966 Chevy C60 w/ dump bed.

Just don't use it for sharpening only because the chain won't cut very good as you'll quickly find out.
I just use it to bring a rocked out chain back to good chrome on the cutter again. Don't blue the cutters with too much pressure or too long pressure. Lightly hit the cutter on and off with the disc.
Then I put in the top and side plate angles with a round file.

Never tried one on the cutters but I do use one for the rakers. Just a lite tap seem to be about perfect.
