Eastern Red Cedar Prices

What prices are you guys seeing for ERC logs? I've had four different people contact me in less than a week and they're all wanting to drive hundreds of miles cash in hand to buy large loads of decent sized cedar logs from me. Not sure what gives....?? Has there been a recent price spike I've not heard about? I figured if anything the price would go down because of China and the trade issues, but WTH do I know?? Thanks!
