Thick inserted tooth mill saws

Does anybody know what the heaviest gage inserted tooth saws where? I know there was 5/6 ga.  Did 4/5 exist ?

I'm sure you can get one made, but, why would you want to?  The 5/6 probably runs a 3/8" tooth.  We had a blade like that when we bought a new Canadian mill (Morbark of Canada).  They supplied the saw.  It had a lot less teeth.  

You might also get into those gauges on a cutoff circle saw.  I only ever used one on a firewood machine.  They use a different type of insert, so it may be different than what you're thinking about.

Oh I don't want one, just wondered because there are bits listed 5/6 so it would seem as if there once was a 4/5 or flat 5. The thickest I have is 6/7 also a new 6/8 and they are getting heavy for me nowadays. I do fine with 7/8 and would not be afraid of 8/9 if it was a good one. Those 17/64 bits can be got cheap.
