Foundation for LT 15 wide

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on the best foundation for a wood Mizer LT 15 wide to sit on . I had a Norwood lm 29 and it sat on a wood frame and I lag bolted the mill to frame. The 15 wide looks like it's ment to just sit freely on the ground .

On the ground might be fine for a 32 year old, but you pay the price when you are a 52 year old.  I sawed heavy beams, laid then perpendicular to the length of the mill on a level foundation, set the mill on, and wrapped with 2x4's to hold the mill and keep it from sliding (my mill was the regular, not the wide version).  Very functional.  If you saw large logs, the little screw feet are not sufficient to keep the mill from crabbing when you turn the honking big logs.

I followed Danny's (WDH) lead and built this foundation for my LT15.

 

  I load the mill with a grapple on the JD tractor. Turning logs WILL move the mill unless anchored.

Much the same.. Brought it up for comfort. Poured a concrete slab, PT 8x8 with PT 6x6 as rails.

Do you recall the dimensions of the concrete pad?  I Want duplicate your foundation.

What will keep that mill from sliding off those beams when turning a heavy log?   I have an LT15Wide and it is sitting on concrete crossbeams and it can bounce when a big log is turned and hits a flat side.

Don't want to answer for them but those feet have a hole drilled in them, possibly lagged down through there?
