Y'all really need to know more about Texas, and I will take it on, and make it my mission in life to bring truth, justice, and the Texas way to the rest of the unwashed world.

There is NO registration in Texas.  The one under the seat is for snakes, hogs, dogs and other vermin.  The one on the hip is for larger vermin.

Hispanic tree planters are far to valuable a commodity to allow to molder under the seat of the truck.  They are my first choice for labor, they appreciate the job, will work, and don't complain about working with all those icky bugs, snakes, and 'gators.  

Now for your first lesson in Texas.  The skies are bluer, the winters warmer, the women more beautiful, the beer colder, the steaks fresher, the seafood still kickin', and most of all, cause we LIKE IT THAT WAY! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Depending on how much powder they use, it wont matter where they do it, you'll still be able to see it from your porch! 8)
