Sick fish in farm pond?

Has anyone seen this before?  2 acre pond with 2yr stocked bluegill and a few bass.  Have not treated with any chemicals except dye each spring

im not the guy to ask at all, but filet one up and check for tiny worm holes in the meat.  i guess thats pretty common in some ponds around me.
