I ordered this transfer tank from Workskid out of Tennessee.
I got it in late winter , this morning I finally had time to plumb it up.
Its 99 gal and built heavy duty.
I'm going to build a black locusts pallet to bolt it to.
It will get loaded in and out of the truck as needed or put on a small trailer.

That will save a lot of time. I've got a 275 at the end of my mill that I want to set up soon. Fill the mill right from the tank with a long hose. I'm going to put it in a concrete base with a roof over it.

If you put it on a small trailer make sure you have a lock on your trailer. Recently a farmer out in Western NE had a fuel trailer stolen with 990 gallons of Diesel. The trailer is only 45,000 without the fuel. And in the back was a 4,000 dollar portable John Deere air compressor

It's been a while but my memory is telling me that if you put that onto a trailer all DOT Hazmat rules apply. Bed of the truck nobody is going to look at you.

Been considering getting a transfer tank filling the excavator and skiddy. Not sure whether to put it on a pallet or mount it on the front of the equipment trailer. I guess I'll have to do some research to find out if putting it on the trailer gets DOT involved. The tank I'm looking at is only 36 gallons.

I have something similar, but I put chains, inside tubing, to lift it by.  Less trouble for me to get it in, and out of the truck, than changing to forks, and don't have to have a level spot to set it down.  Thought I had a better picture, but couldn't find one.

I use anderson powerpoles for stuff like that where a big anderson 250 or higher connector isnt warranted.

The powerpoles are modular and slidelock into the sides of each other so you could start with one or two wires then add as many more down the line as you want. Black and red so you just color code to orient correctly.  I just electrical tape them into a bundle once set up so they dont slide back apart.  They cant be uncrimped from the wire but they can be rearranged.

Very good product design.  Illegally cloned by those thieving chinese naturally.
