Some of my Black Walnut has begun to flower, hopefully the rest do the same soon. These are the real "Highly Valuable Black Walnut" everyone is after.

That should bring at least $25.42 per bd ft on the stump. Might even start a bidding war and go much higher. Rare, and extremely valuable.

Well that's something to blow your horn about  :D

I think you should start getting quotes on how much folks will give you to take that tree down when it's ready. That way you have time to figure out what to do with the money. :D ;D

My folks had that trumpet vine growing at the farm when I was a kid.  I liked popping those things before they opened up when I was a little kid.  Used to see humming birds feeding on those blossoms.  Never seen it climb a walnut tree before.
Most everything I enjoy doing turns out to be work

No its diffuse porous.  Which is fitting because its so highly valuable youll have to spread the proceeds around to various bank accounts to avoid triggering an audit.

This whole attempt at obfuscation is quite diffuse.

I did a little searchin' on the interwebbers, and here's some interesting Walnut info I found...

Walnuts (Juglans Nigra) have both male and female flowers (monoecious), and are wind pollinated, therefore the flowers are not showy (sorry Southside). ;)

The Black Walnut has a high flavor content, but due to it's hard shell and poor hulling characteristics, the English walnut has been cultivated instead for commercial nut production.

The nuts fall to the ground in early fall and leach chemicals into the ground (known as allelopathy) that keep competing vegetation from growing.

That flower looks like an American Trumpet Vine.  I've got a walnut tree on my farm with the vines killing the tree slowly.  The mature vines are about 4- 5" in dia at the base of the tree.
Anything someone can design, I can sure figure out how to fix!
If I say it\\\\\\\'s going to take so long, multiply that by at least 3!
