What to put with red oak?

Sawing red oak and would like to keep full pallets. I will air dry then put in kiln. I have maple, ash, cherry and sycamore to saw. What would run with red oak the best in the kiln?  Thanks

Nonee of these are close to red oak.  If air dried well before going into the kiln, sycamore. The others need fast drying for optimum color.
